Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ForgeApp's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

ForgeApp provides software development services including but not limited to web application development, mobile app wrappers, UI/UX design, and related technical services. The specific scope of work will be defined in your selected package or custom quote.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
• All prices are in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Invoices are due within 7 days of issuance

4. Refund Policy

• Day 1 Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with the Day 1 Blueprint, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
• Deadline Guarantee: If we miss our agreed delivery deadline, you will receive a 30% refund of the total project cost. This applies only when the initial requirement scope has not been changed by you. If a scope change was requested and approved by both parties, the deadline will be adjusted accordingly and this refund does not apply.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of:

• All source code developed specifically for your project
• All design assets created for your project
• All documentation and technical specifications

We retain the right to use general techniques, knowledge, and non-proprietary components in future projects. We may also showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide timely feedback during the development process
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and information
• Participate in scheduled review sessions
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Not use deliverables for illegal purposes

7. Limitation of Liability

ForgeApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

8. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you share with us during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. In case of termination:

• You will be billed for work completed up to the termination date
• You will receive all work completed and paid for
• Deposit refunds will be determined based on work completed

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify existing clients of any material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
